Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in the US.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check on your order by contacting us with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time.

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund β€” no need to return the damaged item.

Are adult products eligible for return?

For hygiene reasons, adult novelty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always eligible regardless of condition.

How long does a refund take to process?
